You can use a Category hierarchy or flat Tag taxonomy to organize your store.

Make Order, Capture Payment Card
With or without Internet on mobile devices retailers and reps can enter orders by or not by brand. The cart (basket) automatically groups products by brand. Brand Payment and Shipping terms can be applied by group.
Promotions, e.g. 10% discount Black Friday can be created by Brands. Promotions are updated for application to Orders in the Market Hub in real time.

Review, approve/hold Order
To optimize order value, and ensure repeat orders, you can configure the workflow and notifications so your sales reps intervene and review and adjust Cart and its related Split Orders. Users can hold orders or preset a can be 'cancelled by' period.

Split and route Order to Brand(s)
Cart (basket) orders are automatically split into purchase orders for their respective supplier brands. Once approved they are automatically routed and sent to the commensurate Brand Hubs.

Brand Hub receives and reviews Order
Brands teams are notified of new orders. Brand teams can log into the Brand Hub to review and update the status of orders.
OR
Sales Orders can be automatically pushed to the Brand's back office system if it is connected via the Brand Highway to the Brand Hub.
Updates to Order and their Status is reflected on the commensurate order in the Brand Hub. Stakeholders are notified.

Brand Hub updates Order Status to Shipped
This 'Shipped' event triggers the actions in the next steps.

Commission is calculated and attributed
Gross commission to Sales Agency and Sales Rep is calculated, attributed and added as a line item to the relevant documents generated in the next step (10).

Accounting transactions and entries automatically created
The automation creates the transactions to update the system's General Ledger.
Invoice the retailer original split orders (if you bought and sold the goods and made payment).
Record the Bill (Purchase Invoice) from the Brand (if you bought and sold the goods and made payment).
Create the Sales Invoice to the Brand for Commission.
Create the Bill (Purchase Invoice) from the Rep for their commission.
The Profit and Loss (Income) statement and the Balance Sheet Accounts Payable and Receivable are updated.
Payments derived from the above invoices are recorded and sent.

Cart (basket) orders and the resulting orders split by brand can be held until they are reviewed, adjusted, and approved by reps to optimize order value and ensure repeat orders.
Everyone can track order status
Because our B2B ecommerce is part of system architecture, logged in users can see a live status of their orders including shipment tracking.
Automatic Commission attribution
