One network connects your sales agency, sales reps, brands and their buyers. Because we distribute the load and dependencies our network is both scalable and resilient.
2. Market Hub
Sales reps and retailers capture orders in the B2B ecommerce cart on the Market Hub. Approved orders are sent to the commensurate Brand Hub(s) which return order statuses, i.e. 'Shipped'.
The Order status 'Shipped' is received in the Market Hub Order and triggers the automation to calculate the Commission and create the corresponding accounting transactions and update the reports. See Order to Cash Workflow.
Every transaction in the Market Hub immediately updates the Power BI reports.
Each brand has a dedicated Brand Hub. Brands upload their product inventory details and catalog to their Brand Hubs which update the Market Hub in real time. This means one source of the truth for reps and buyers.
Single connection and user interface
Brand Hubs connect to the Market hub via the Market Highway. Brands can connect their back office systems to the Brand Hub via the Brand Highway or log in and retrieve and update orders manually.
Simplified and Efficient Multichannel
Brand Hubs provide connectivity to:
Shopping carts for DTC, i.e. Shopify, Woocommerce, BigCommerce, etc.
B2b and B2c Online markets, i.e. B2B Faire, Wayfair, Etsy, etc.
EDI to major retailers.
The Brand Highway:
Provides a single channel for the brand to pull their orders from multiple channels into their back office systems.
Update sales channels with product inventory details
Send Inventory and Order status back to the Brand Hub.
Alternatively brands can log into the Brand Hub to upload product inventory details and retrieve and manage their orders.
